The staff was rude and unprofessional. They insisted on collecting a cash deposit, which was not mentioned in any policy.

As a frequent traveler, I often find myself in need of a convenient place to stay during transit, and Expo Village Serviced was perfect for that. The location, being only 13 km away from the nearest airport, made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my connecting flights without any hassle. It saved me valuable time and energy, allowing me to have a smooth travel experience.

I had a great stay at Expo Village Serviced Apartments. The kitchen was a lifesaver as I was able to cook meals throughout my stay. The pools were spacious and my kids loved them. The location next to Expo was convenient and the metro made it easy to explore the area. The reception staff, especially Paing, were incredibly helpful and the room service from Philip was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel.

The bed and 2 bedroom size were a bit small, but the friendly and helpful staff made up for it.

The staff services are great, especially with Sharanya the receptionist, Paing, and Asha. The lifeguards were attentive with the safety of the pool as well. The rooms were fantastic, all were clean and fresh. The view was amazing. The pool's cleanliness was great, as well as the gym. All were clean and sanitised well. The staff here are amazing at all levels, cannt find words to thank them for.their efforts. They are always there for you, pro active and professional. Not only this, they give you the real family feel and no wonder this place is always busy. The metro is parked at your door step which make commuting best. The WiFi is her fast and covering everywhere you go , which is excellent for me working remotely.

My recent stay at Expo Village Serviced was absolutely fantastic. I was in Dubai for leisure and stayed for a week. The staff, including Sharanya, Karim, and Mohammed, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartments were spacious, clean, and fully furnished. I loved that all amenities were included, except for breakfast. The customer service was top-notch, and I want to thank Sharanya, Sanjay, and Paing for their exceptional service. Plus, the free parking and proximity to Global Village made it even better.

Totally recommend this hotel.
